Roadway Compliance is a private commercial filing service. These terms cover roadwaycompliance.com and every order placed on it. Order and you accept them.

$45.00. We prepare and submit your BOC-3 designation, which puts blanket process-agent coverage on record in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and file Form BOC-3 naming ourselves with the FMCSA.

The FMCSA charges nothing for the form. Our fee is the preparation, the filing, and the coverage it puts on record. You can designate any agent you like, or file it yourself.

We prefill from the public record. Check it. We send what you confirm, not what the record says.

A rejection caused by a detail you confirmed is not our error. We still correct and re-file once, free.

We do not control the FMCSA. No promise on processing time, on whether your authority is granted, or on any date. The BOC-3 is one requirement of several — clearing it does not guarantee authority.

The fee is charged once. No annual fee for this filing, no renewal fee here, no subscription. The fee is charged once.

Replace us any time by filing a new BOC-3. That cancels ours automatically. No permission needed, no notice needed.

Cannot record your filing, you get everything back. The refund policy covers what happens once a filing has been made.

Our total liability on any claim is what you paid for that order. Not lost profits, not lost contracts, not downtime, not consequential loss from a filing delayed, rejected or incorrect.

We may revise these terms. Your order is governed by the version published the day you placed it.
