Refunds
Effective August 2026 · Version 1.0 · SNIETS Company Limited
Short version
Not filed yet — money back. Filed and rejected through our error — money back. Designation on file — the work is done and the $45.00 is not refundable.
Full refund
You ask before the request goes out. Any reason, or none.
The filing cannot be completed.
The FMCSA rejects it through an error of ours that we cannot correct and re-file.
You were charged twice for the same designation.
No refund
It is on file and you changed your mind, or moved to another agent. Replace us any time with a new BOC-3 — but the filing we made was made.
Your authority was refused or delayed for something unrelated to the BOC-3. One requirement of several; we have no influence over the rest.
It was rejected because a detail you confirmed was wrong. We correct and re-file once, free, which beats a refund.
UCR
Different shape. Most of a UCR charge is the state registration fee, set by the participating states and remitted to your base state in full. Our service fee is the remainder.
Not yet submitted — all of it back. Both parts, any reason or none. Includes an order held because the fleet size needed pricing by hand.
Submitted — neither part. The state has its fee and does not return it; the work is done. Ask and we will give you the submission date.
Could not be completed, or charged twice for one registration year — all of it back.
UCR and BOC-3 in one payment: two filings, one charge, judged separately. We calculate the refundable portion and return that amount. The rest stands.
How to ask
Email support@roadwaycompliance.com with your USDOT number. No form, no reason required, read by a person.
Refunds go back to the original card. Stripe takes five to ten business days to show it. Their timing, not ours.
Do not recognise a charge? Write before disputing. Your statement shows a short descriptor, not our full name, and that is most of the disputes we see. A genuine mistake is refunded immediately.
